Terms and Conditions:

It is very important for these terms and conditions to be read very carefully before booking our services. Once the cleaning has been booked this confirms that you have read and understood our terms and conditions. If you do not agree with our terms and conditions please do not book our services.

1.1 The client needs to pay 50% deposit in order to secure the booking.

1.2 The final payment has to be done on the same day once the cleaning has been completed. If the payment is not made on same day Godustbusters Ltd reserves the right to charge interest.

1.3 Godustbursters Ltd will provide for an estimate before the schedule of the cleaning, Godustbusters Ltd reserves the right to amend the initial quotation, if they see the clients requirement have changed and are not the same as discussed via phone or email, if the cleaning of the property will take extra time of effort for the cleaning to be completed. Any change to the price must be accepted by the Client before the cleaning is carried out.

1.4 Godustbusters Ltd will provide for full cleaning equipment, vacuum, cleaning products, cloths etc…

1.5 Godustbusters Ltd can use the clients products if this is requested by the client. The client should advise on how to use the products accordingly. In case of any damage caused by the use of the clients products or the end result is not the greatest, Godustbusters will not take responsability.

1.6 The key collection and drop of is not free of charge service. The fee will be included in the quote or estimate provided to the client.

1.7 Godustbusters Ltd cleans only from inside the property; our teams will do their best to make sure the clients appliances are cleaned to a high standard. However, if they have not been cleaned since they were purchased, regrettably, we will not be liable for ingrained dirt that cannot be removed using chemicals.

1.8 Freezers must be defrosted in advance, due to the time involved in defrosting. Cupboards and wardrobes must to be empty in order to be cleaned. Please note that our End of Tenancy cleaning service does not include cleaning of walls. We do not move heavy furniture like beds, sofas, wardrobes, nor washing dishes, this will need to be done before our arrival…

1.9 Rubbish or waste removal is not part of the end of tenancy cleaning service and will incur an additional charge.

1.10 In a process of After Building Cleaning, the removal of the paint is the painter and decorators responsability. Godustbusters will try to remove any paint left behind but we do not take full responability if some paint marks can not be cleaned,as we do not use any cleaning products as the painting and decoration industry does (we only use products that are safe and do not damage the floors).

1.11 Very important all fragile and highly breakable items must be secured or removed. Items excluded from liability are: cash, items of sentimental value, art and antiques.

1.12 Our stuff can clean up to the hight they can reach, we do not use ladders (cleaners are not trained for “working at height”) 

1.13 While inventory check missed area is noticed the client have to notify Godustbusters Ltd within 48 working hours, if the company is not notified withing 48 working hours we reserve the right not to return back on site. Once the clients has notified the Cleaning Company Godustbusters Ltd has to schedule a person as soon as possible to rectify what was missed.

1.14 The client has to allow the cleaning team access to electricity power and hot water in order for the cleaning to be completed.

1.15 The cleaning service can be cancelled 48h before the cleaning date, if the cancellation is less then 48 working hours cancellation fee will be applied 10% of the total cost.

1.16 Godustbusters Ltd will deep clean the carpets only if this is discussed and booked by the client. Certain stains like coffee, permanent markers, wine especially if the stains have been on the carpet for longer time they can not be cleaned with the deep carpet cleaning.

1.17 If the client is not happy with the deep /spring cleaning, the client needs to contact Godustbusters Ltd straight away on the same day of the cleaning. Godustbusters Ltd needs to arrange return on site to clean the missed areas on same day if possible or the latest on next day. It is Godustbusters obligation to return a lady or a team to finish the job properly. The company reserves the right not to return any deposits and the client has obligation to pay the final balance once the company has returned on site to finish the job (unless otherwise agreed). Both the initial booking fee and any deposit will be strictly non-refundable under any circumstance.

1.18 The cleaning company employs the services of and acts as agent for the Cleaning Company, the Company also reserves the right to use any other contracted cleaners and/or sub contractors for any of its cleaning services and without providing any prior notification. The Cleaning Company allocated to carry out the cleaning by the Company, will be responsible for all loss or damage which may occur during any cleaning.

1.19 The Cleaning Company will make every reasonable effort not to damage any property and Godustbusters Ltd will be liable for any replacement and/or loss or damage subject to any terms that the Customer has with the Godustbusters Ltd. In case of any damage, which is to be caused by the Cleaning Company, Godustbusters Ltd must be given first opportunity to make good any damage. For the avoidance of doubt, the Company will under no circumstances be liable for any damage and/or loss howsoever caused during the cleaning or after an initial booking has been made by the Customer.

1.20 If the condition of the property appears to be hazardous to either the health and/or well-being of its operatives Godustbusters Ltd has the right to refuse any cleaning job.. Godustbusters Ltd may cancel or reschedule a service, where any accident or any unexpected or unforeseeable circumstances arise during the cleaning. Godustbusters Ltd will not be liable to the Customer in any way in the event that any cleaning is cancelled further to this clause. 

Domestic Cleaning: 

1.21 The domestic clenaing is dusting, hoovering, mopping and ironing if required. The oven cleaning is not included in this type of service. If you require the oven to be cleaned, please book it separately. 

1.22 We do not move furniture. If you require cleaning under the sofa or any other heavy furniture please remove the furniture before the cleaners arrval. 

Insurance and Liability

1.23 Any claim for damage must be reported to the Cleaning Company within 48hours of the cleaning service visit. The Company will not be liable for any damage or loss caused to you or your property and any such liability will be between you and the Cleaning Company.

1.24 We shall not be liable for the Cleaning Company or any third parties that the Cleaning Company may employ or any person who may enter or is present at the Customer’s premises during the cleaning visit nor any costs incurred of said 3rd parties not being granted access by the Customer. The Customer will be responsible for granting access to the property to both the Cleaning Company and/or any third parties.

1.25 We suggest, without acceptance of any liability, that all irreplaceable items (whether monetarily or sentimentally valuable) be stored away and/or not cleaned by the Cleaning Company and for the avoidance of doubt the Company accepts no liability for any loss or damage howsoever caused.

1.26 We are not responsible for any existing damage to Customer’s property.

1.27 Arrival times and cleaning times are an estimate. The Company will not be liable, under any circumstances, for missed/cancelled appointment costs or any other costs owing to delayed arrival or completion times.
